Modelo 600 is a tax form that is used to pay different types of Spanish taxes: AJD (tax on legal deeds), ITP (tax on the transfer of property) and tax on documented transactions.
This form is mandatory when signing many contracts: from renting a home to buying real estate, executing powers of attorney, loans, notarial deeds and legally binding documents.

The form is used for registration:

ITP (Impuesto de Transmisiones Patrimoniales)

Tax on transfer of property and rights:

– transfer of a car;
– purchase and sale of private property;
– assignment of rights.

AJD (Actos Jurídicos Documentados)

Tax on legal acts:
